Return Policy
At Veltle, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included components. A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns, unless they arrive defective or damaged. Items that have been assembled, modified, or used in a way that affects their resale value, as well as clearance or final sale items, are also non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Customer Support with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions, and in cases of defective or damaged items, a return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
For returns due to product defects or shipping damage, we cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to personal reasons, such as a change of preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, but shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original order and place a new one. If you experience product defects beyond the return period, our warranty policy may cover repairs or replacements. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for details.
